Chapter 8
Well, yesterday was certainly eventful with a few surprises along the way. I still can not believe I actually managed to mark my mate. I have never before been able to release my claws or fangs like that, and the fact he was so happy about it left Ember and I feeling happy and contented.
He was an amazing lover in both forms, and both Ember and I were greatly looking forward to enjoying our mates as often as we could. With the fact I had managed to complete the bond, I was now a member of his kingdom, and it also had the bonus that I could feel what he felt.
