He asked her with a firm tone. Kevin was very unhappy as he questioned, "Where did you go?"
It was just over eight o'clock in the evening. Yet, he still thought it was too late.
Rose shook her head.
"No, I didn't cry. It was just windy at night and some dust got into my eyes! I went home to visit my mother and she made dinner for me. Hubby, have you eaten yet?"
Hearing her words, he remembered that she was used to living in her parent's home whenever he went on business trips. He thought that she yearned for her family and was not used to living a married life. Therefore, Kevin retreated his hands. He did not ask any more questions, but he was still unhappy and raised his eyes.
"What do you think?" He asked.
Did that mean that he hadn't eaten yet?
