Blaze came out of the bathroom after freshening up. He swiftly changed into his pajamas and clambered onto the bed. He slid under the blanket and wrapped his arm around her.
"I am so sorry, darling," he whispered. "I couldn’t make it earlier." He kissed the top of her head.
"Mm…" Triana turned to him and snuggled into his arms. "Stop apologizing. You have done nothing wrong. I went to bed early."
