First dates

Alisha's Pov:

It had been a few days since my almost near death experience and I was dong a lot better. I was finally being released from the hospital but still wasn't allowed to do much. I heal faster than normal humans but not as fast as Davis or Reed would which is fine I'm alive and have people who love again so it's fine. In a few more days we would be leaving for my new home and I couldn't wait to start my new life.

"Hey love you ready to go", Davis asks walking into the room as I finish signing the release papers. "Now remember Miss Ravenwood take it easy no strenuous activity", the doctor warns before walking out of the room. "Before I can even think Davis picks me up and starts carrying bridal style of the hospital and towards what I'm guessing is the pack house. "You know I can walk right", I ask with a raised brow but secretly enjoying being this close to him. "Yeah but the doctor said no strenuous activity", he says with a smile.

"Be honest you just wanted to carry me", I state smiling back at him. "True and I know your enjoying it", he laughs while I feel a blush appear on my face quickly hiding it in Davis's chest making him laugh more.

"So this is the pack house I can take you to your room or give you a tour first your choice", he says with a smile. "Tour first I've been cooped up in room for days now", I tell looking up at him with a smile. "Cousin you know she has legs right and can walk right", Lulu says with a laugh walking over to us.

"True but the doctor said no strenuous activity", he repeats to her. "Oh cut the crap we both know that's just an excuse for all you guy's to go overprotective mode and besides we both know you just wanted to carry her", she says laughing as Davis gets slightly embarrassed.

"Yeah okay whatever anyways this is the common room where everyone hangs out", he says walking into the room where Lulu and the others were. I could everyone's eyes on me as we walked staring at me I could some whispering asking who I was some wanting to know why a human was here.

"The human is here because she is a guest and if anyone doesn't like it they can step forward and challenge me for alpha otherwise stop staring and shut up", I hear Reed say walking in. No one and steps forward and all go back to what they were doing and talking about before we came in.

"Thanks for that", I tell him glad he made them stop I never really liked being the center of attention. "No problem you and Davis are my guests like I said", he states taking a seat on one of the chairs. "Love we'll finish the tour later I need to go call my father back", Davis says sitting me on the couch in between Jenny and Matt. "What would you have done if someone had stepped forward and challenged you", I ask Reed curiously wanting to learn more.

"You certainly are a curious little human and to answer your question I would have fought them and and probably banish them", he says smiling as a guy hands him a controller to some game. "Do people challenge you often", I ask him wanting to know more. "Not really but it does happen but most are to scared to challenge me I have a reputation of being ruthless", Reed tells me while playing his game.

"And what's Davis's reputation", I ask him wanting to know about my beloved soulmate. "Davis is known for being kind for the most part but that doesn't mean he backs down from a fight especially when it comes to the people he cares for most people know not to piss him off", Reed explains. "Does he have a temper", I ask mostly to myself wondering.

"No not really Davis is pretty chill he just doesn't like it when people he cares for are being hurt but as far as losing his temper and being abusive he would never do that you've got nothing to be worried about", Matt answers. "I wasn't worried about him hurting me I know he would never do that I've known since the first night we all met", I tell him.

"I'm glad you feel that way love", I hear Davis say as he comes back into the room.

"How did you come to live with those people", Reed asks out of nowhere. "Dude not cool you can't just ask someone that", some guy says walking in I'm pretty sure he was there the night I was saved. "What it was just a question", Reed says in defense still playing whatever game him and Matt are playing.

"I apologize for my alpha he can be direct I am Cole by the way", he says introducing himself. "It's nice to meet you I'm Alisha but you can call me Ally", I tell as Davis picks me and sets me on his lap.

"It's fine I don't mind him asking my parents were killed in an accident and I placed in foster care why I was placed with them I'm not sure all they really wanted me for was to cook, clean, and use me as a punching bag", I tell them honestly. "Your one tough little human I know some werewolves who couldn't take what you've been through", Cole says.

"Well it's all over now she never has to deal with those people again", Davis says his tone slightly angry. "What did you do with Jack and what happened to Angela", I ask wanting to know.

"Well Jack is locked up in my cells waiting to be transported to Davis's father to face trial normally I would have jurisdiction but since it was you he attacked the jurisdiction falls to the vampire king since technically your a royal and as for that woman her whereabouts are known she was gone when we arrived but we are looking for and we will find here", Reed explains.

"Don't worry love he will not not harm you I assure Reed has one of the prisons in the world no one has ever escaped his prison", Davis says as if reading my mind. "Okay", I whisper still slightly afraid he will get out there is a first time for everything. "Love would you like to go out tomorrow", Davis asks knocking me out of my thoughts. "What on an actually date", I ask him knowing I'm gonna say yes but surprised he asked me. "Yes I would love to", I tell him watching a smile appear on his face.

"This is so exciting my bestie is going on her first date", Lulu squeals clapping in excitement. "Wait you've never been on a date before", Davis asks. "No unless you count the diner I met you at the day after we met a date", I tell him as a smile appears on his face. "Why is he smiling like that", I ask unsure why he is so happy. "You are just so innocent aren't you", Jenny says with a laugh.

"Your beloved prince here is happy because he gets to take on your first date it's his possessiveness showing", Matt says before getting mad at Reed for killing him. "You see us guys are very protective and possessive of our mates or beloveds we don't like others touching what's ours and the higher ranking we are the more possessive and protective we are it's in our nature", Reed explains as he starts a new game this time Andy and Cole join.

"Okay enough guy time come on ladies we need to go shopping for you something to where tomorrow", Jenny says pulling me up. "OMG! yes let's go", Lulu squeals again as Reed and Cole cover their ears. "Well I'm out guys", Matt says as he and Devin stand up to follow us. "Not trying to be rude but why are you following us", Lulu asks Matt who is walking with Devin. "Wherever my future queen goes I follow", Matt says as Davis walks up beside me.

"What he means is he can't help but follow since I will not be joining you he swore a blood oath", Davis says and everyone stares at him in shock.
