When we walked into the gym, I was immediately impressed by how much equipment was available. There were multiples of each type, and there was a swimming pool.
Right away, Elizabeth led me to a group of other girls and introduced me to them. I recognized one of them from a previous encounter at the pack house, but she was acting respectful, so I did the same.
After exchanging ‘hellos’, Elizabeth led me around the gym and had me try each piece of equipment to test how much weight I could handle on them. When she was done testing me on those, she led me to the punching bags in the corner of the gym.
We spent the next few hours hammering on those punching bags with our fists. Elizabeth showed me several different combinations that had proven to be successful
