Savannah had no problem showing off her fighting skills, and I couldn’t have been more proud of my mate. She was such an amazing creature, whereas I was just a pack doctor, feeling completely unworthy of her.
As soon as the training session was over, Savannah ran straight to me and excitedly gushed, “Did you see me? I used all the things you all taught me, and I think I executed them all well!”
“You were incredible out there,” I praised while flashing a genuine smile her way.
“None of this would have been possible, if not for you! I owe you the world, Jameson! Someday, somehow, I am gonna repay you for everything you’ve given me!”
“My love, you owe me nothing! All I want is to have you by my side until the day I die,” I insisted with sincerity.
