Brianna looked at her father who had come out with his usual domineering stance and she saw several wolves behind him. Of course he would have come here she thought bitterly. Liam stared at the girl who was his daughter, seeing her for the first time and hearing just how self centred she was. Who rejected their mate due to their status? Sure his mate had not been perfect but Larissa had been an omega as well and it had never even occurred to Liam to reject her based on that alone. Not when the moon goddess blessed you with one who was meant to be the other half to you. It had never crossed Jordan's mind or Callum's either. It was almost unheard of for someone to be so callous to their mate like that, at least on the initial meeting.
