The machines went crazy, Riley feeling like she was spinning wildly out of control as the annoying sounds of beeping filled the air and she opened her eyes with a sudden rush, glancing around the hospital room as Jordan gripped her hand from out of nowhere and a very wild dishevelled looking Dr Lyons came running in.
"What happened" she mumbled and Dr Lyons shut off the machines with a twinkle in his eyes.
"You my dear are a miracle of wonders" he declared cheerfully. "I didn't expect you to wake up so soon" he said babbling as Riley stared at him with unwavering eyes.
