“Alright everyone, are you ready for the highlight of our program tonight?” I heard the emcee announcing.
The crowd instantly cheered.
My heart pounding against my chest thinking about the game. I hope I would not mess up! I had set a goal when I heard what the prizes are.
And… I am aiming for the first prize!
The emcee continued hyping up the crowd. I could not help but to smile widely as I started hearing names from the crowd, cheering up who joined the game. I even heard tita Astrid’s voice cheering up for me.
But her own daughter-in-law was also joining!
We were seven in total. But only the newly wedded and young married couples were allowed to play because of the blindfold.
