I was busy preparing of the things I needed to do for tonight when suddenly my phone started on ringing. Thinking that it might be an important call, I answered it without looking who’s the caller.
“Hello?”
[“Where the hell are you, Arliah?!”]
I winced and quickly put the phone my ear when Lee's ear-shattering voice echoed. And I could still hear his voice on the other line without turning the speaker on.
[“Niana and the others has been knocking on your unit's door for almost ten minutes and you're not answering! When I arrive and used your spare-key, we can't even find your shadow here?! Did you perhaps felt our murderous intent that you ran away before we could interrogate you about your marriage with Red Montenegro!”]
I let out a deep sigh and finally put the speaker
