Dranz and Max enjoyed fishing the whole morning that they decided to cook their catch in the fire pit just outside the cottage. Dranz did all the cleaning and preparing of the fish and Max just watch him do it.
While Dranz is still preparing the fish, Max decided to call her son. The boy immediately answers the call on the second ring.
“Mama!”Max heard her son’s enthusiastic greeting.
“How are you love?”She asked.
“I am great mama. Grand-mère and I are making cookies!”Maki chirped, and it made Max smile.
She doesn’t know how to make cookies so she never had the chance to make one with him.
“Are you being a good boy to your grandma?”She asked.
“Oui maman, je suis un bon garçon.” Maki answered in French that surprised Max.
