    “Now that you have the bird, you need to become her eyes.” Ana told her. “You see the land across from us?”       Eira glanced ahead at the land with the big castle taking over the whole surrounding. Eira nodded and Ana told her the next step.         “Become your bird’s eyes.” Elli said to her daughter.     “How?” Eira asked.     “Bring your bird close to you and stare into its eyes for a good minute.” Elli said. “Your vision will become your bird’s vision.
