“What are you doing?” Randall asks with a chuckle as he approaches me.
“I’m just learning the land,” I tell him with a shrug.
He comes up and grabs my hips, pulling me flush against his hard body. “I just wasn’t expecting to find you outside. Come. I want to show you something.”
He releases me and takes my hand, tugging me farther into the woods and down a steep hill. He constantly turns back to me, making sure that I’m alright and ready to help me at any moment. It’s sweet.
We reach the bottom of the hill, and he leads me down a path until we reach a stream, which we follow. It’s up a small hill, but not too steep, and he tugs me across the water. He’s taking me much farther than I ever expected, but it’s all worth it when he finally stops.
