After a while, Amelia went back inside the private dining room, her eyes swimming with tears. She looked around for Arthur and Blue, but they were nowhere to be seen. Avoiding everyone else, she grabbed her purse and left the room.
When she walked outside the restaurant, she found the two brothers waiting outside. Arthur walked towards her, a smile on his face. “I thought you had left without us.” As she got closer, however, he noticed her teary eyes, and his expression switched to one of concern. “Hey, what’s wrong?”
