Marcie's attack slightly rattled nora. She had a shadow of a doubt when she told her James was a playboy. But, when he asked her if she believed him, she agreed. She trusted him. He was there for her when she needed him the most.
She met up with Sarah at lunch, who ran up to her and hugged her tightly.
"I can't believe Mason tried to force himself on you! That bastard." She cried.
"I know... if James didn't get there on time... " Nora shivered at the thought.
"I knew James would come around," Sarah said in a gentle voice. "He has always liked you. He just has an issue with trusting people, and he is not good at expressing his true feelings. He thinks he doesn't have anyone."
"He has me," Nora said quietly.
"I know. It's just that certain things in his past made him very insecure and
