On Friday after school, Sarah decided to go visit Bruce. She had to give James a ride to his house a few times because his car broke down, so she remembered where he lived, although she never went inside.
She hoped he wouldn't get mad at her for showing up unannounced or think she was creepy or something.
A lady opened the door after she rang the doorbell. Sarah could see the resemblance between the women and Bruce. She must be his mother.
"Hello, is Bruce here?" Sarah smiled shyly.
The woman stared at her intently for a moment then smiled back. "You must be Sarah Alexander. James's sister, right?"
"How did you know?" Sarah looked at her with surprise.
"Bruce talks about you all the time. He told me your hair reminds him of red cloud," she laughed. "I'm Corinne. His mother."
