Vicker returned to the fairy kingdom with Cassia. For the first time in his life, he felt relaxed and a little intoxicated from the happiness that thrummed through his veins. He never thought he could feel light and carefree in his life. Even Cassia was looking at him a little weird.
“You can keep it inside, you know,” he commented as they walked down the hallway to Mae’s room.
“I know, but I don’t want to. I’m too happy to keep it inside,” Vicker said. Cassia shook his head. “What?”
