Alpha Mason looked at me and I could tell that he was hurt but then he smiled after looking at Blake.
“I Alpha Mason Garrick accept your rejection,” he said, and I felt whatever bond we had between us breaking.
I felt what Ashton said he felt when I rejected him.
I felt relieved that now I get to spend the rest of my life with the one person I have always wanted to spend it with.
I turned and looked at Blake and I could tell that he was surprised by what I just did.
I tore the letter that he wrote for me.
“I don’t have to read that now or ever,” I said and threw away the torn pieces.
