            Nick and I were actually getting along. I guess that there was a first time for everything. The only thing that I was uncomfortable with was the fact that he kept telling me how neither he nor Joel deserved me. I couldn't understand what was going through his mind saying that to me, as if I were someone special.             We were sitting on the sofa now, each with a glass of the white wine I had earlier. After a few glasses, the taste seemed to improve drastically. Nick was going on and on about his life over the last few years before seeing me again. It was quite interesting to hear his story. When we were kids and dating, his life was tragic. His parents didn't give a s**t about him, and he lived his life like a single man since he was old enough to talk. After growing up
