It's the weekend and Killian has been cooking up a storm. Any minute now, his friends will be coming over for an afternoon barbeque. After the gala I told Killian that I was fine meeting his friends, and this was the first day they were all available. I offered to help Killian on multiple occasion but he kept assuring me he had it handled so here I am sitting on the couch reading a book like a pampered princess. Killian even brought over a lemonade for me at some point.
Killian is out back getting the barbeque ready when I hear a knock on the door with the first guest. I open the door to be faced by alpha King Cyrus himself. I wonder if I should bow or something but luckily, he reads my hesitation and he offerd his hand to shake and says, "Hi Josie, it's nice to meet you. I'm Cyrus."
