"I heard Mr. Atticus gave you a tour today." Amelia said when we retired for the day. Apparently, she was working on some assignments.
I froze on my steps. I don't know why but I didn't expect her to start a conversation with me. Or maybe she looked too busy to strike a conversation at that moment. I turned around to look at her and shrugged my shoulders though color flooded my cheeks.
