Sianna shook her head slightly as she remembered what Eliezer had said earlier before they ate.
She wanted to believe the first thing he said instead. That he brought her here so she could experience what it felt like to be far from Manila… far from the people she couldn’t stand.
For some reason, her irritation toward him had disappeared because of that.
