It’s been a week now and Emma kept her word. She was hardly speaking to me and she even moved into another bedroom. My parents wanted to know what was happening, but I didn’t know what to tell them. I wasn’t sure what was even happening myself. Julian told me that Emma said that i had one month to change or she was going to divorce me. I laughed a little at that because my father already made sure that she couldn’t divorce me no matter what. If she had just read the fine prints on the papers she signed in the first place, then she would have seen it for herself.
