"You're lying", I said with an accusatory tone. She had to be lying. There is no way Leo would have done that. And why would he do that when he has me?
You're broken, no man likes a broken woman. A dark voice in the corner of my head mocked. I took in a deep breath to set my mind straight but my mind flashed with a memory.
"Good Morning", her cheerful voice ringed in my ear. I looked up at her beautiful face. I nod my head in acknowledgement. I don't want to talk with anyone today, especially because I have that nightmare again. I don't want to say something that'll hurt her feelings when she is trying so hard to get me back on track.
