“See what you have done Liam?” Anna said after Lizzy stormed off
“Relax Anna she will get over it eventually, I am her mate after all” I said even though I was not sure of the words I was saying to her myself.
Lizzy stormed off after promising that we were all going to pay for lying to her. She shouldn’t have heard that I said what I said arrogantly and never considering her feelings, I can’t imagine how vile my words could have sounded to her ears. She was very angry with me, and I could feel it.
I had hopes that the following day at school she would be calmer and would forgive me for my selfish words. Honestly I couldn’t think of an excuse to give her for saying the things I said to Anna.
