FOUR MONTHS LATER I was sitting in my bedroom wearing a satin dressing gown looking in the mirror of the vanity with my makeup perfectly done and my hair in beautiful curls and done by a professional. I was staring at myself, trying to wonder if this day was really here or not. And how we got here so fast. The last four months have gone by so fast that it seems like a blur to me now. Collins came into the room wearing a white floor length gown with straps over her shoulder and a slit right down the middle of it that was pulled together with mesh and little bits of material at the base of the dress that came out from the a-line shape that it had.
