Two weeks later
People have a misconception of what the dungeons look like. Dungeons are often dry and dark because most storages are often in it, but the steps towards the said place are the ominous part of it because they are often stone spiral steps down to the deepest and darkest part of the castle that rarely gets to see and if you do, you just hope that you’re there for a mere visit.
Like I am.
My steps are careful and though it’s dark, I carry a torch with me because this particular part of the palace doesn’t have any of the technological advances that the rest of the palace had.
