Same day after dinner nd spending romantic tym wid each other, manan were sleeping peacefully cuddling each other..

It was 2 AM of midnight when nandini's sleep broke... She woke up nd sat straight on bed nd look towards manik...

Nandu:*self-thought*manik ko uthau?? Bt agar gussa hua toh??aur usne pucha toh bolungi kya???bt i want it...Utha hi deti hoon...

After small bickering wid her ownself she finally decided to wake up manik... She shake manik lightly to wake him up bt can our manik baba wake up soo easily!!!..She then histerically shake him to earn a sleepy groan...

Manik:*groan*arey yrr kon hai..let me sleep...*nd he again drown in his dreamland*

Nandini:*nodded her head in disbelief*manikkk manikkkk utho na plzz...

Manik:*with sleepy eyes*kya hai nandini... Kya hua y r u awaking me in middle of night yrr...

Nandini:*hesitatingly*manik mujhe naa plzz ice cream khani hai...

Manik:*wid wide eyes*whattt!!!itni raat ko ice cream... Nandini now i m really feeling that u r pregnant... *by now he also sit straight on bed*

Nandini:*hitting him on his shoulder*manikkk what r u saying,pagal ho kya..

Manik:toh aur kya bolu.. At middle of night u r craving for ice cream joh sirf pregnant womens hi karti hai...

Listening manik nandini looked down to her lap nd a tear fall on her palm...seeing nandini in tears manik panicked..

Manik:*panicking*nandini whats wrong baby... Kya hua hai?? Y r u crying..

Nandini didnt reply which worried manik more..

Manik:nandini say something u r worrying me... Acha f9 tumhe ice cream khana hai naa... Lets go get up..

Nandini jst wiped her tears nd got up from bed nd walked slowly towards door while manik went towards side table to fetch his car keys..

Manik:*coming nr her*should i carry you??

Nandini:nahi i wanna walk...

Manik:ok chalo atleast mera haath pakad lo stairs utarna hai...

Nandini holded manik's hand nd slowly descended stairs...

They sat in car nd hit the road... Manik was driving car while nandini was looking out of the window... Manik was again and again sparing glance to her nd was trying to figure out what exactly happened to nandini suddenly...

They reach baskin robbins ice cream parlour nd both went in..

Manik:what u wanna have???

Nandini:chocolate chips, chocolate fudge,chocolate ribbon nd chocolate mint... Bsss..

While manik jst gapped her wid wide eyes...

Manik:*after composing him*itnaa saara... I mean nandinii...itna ice cream khaogi to u will catch cold jaan...

Nandini:haan par yeh abhi k liye nai...agar kal bhi chahiye hoga toh...

Manik jst frowned on her strange behaviour bt decided not to ask her or she might again cry...

Manik:acha pehle abhi jo khana hai woh order kar de or else baaki k melt ho jaayenge.. Soo say abhi kya khana hai??

Nandini:chocloate fudge...

Manik ordered nd after getting it both went inside car as it was cold outside...

Nandini was eating cutely wid her fingers dipping in icre cream while manik was going awee on her bt simultaneously worrying abt her wierd behaviour...

Once done manik gave her his hanky to wipe her face nd again went to parlour to fetch other ice cream tubs which nandini ordered while nandini kept sitting in car..

Once manik came wid other flavours, they headed towards malhotra mansion..

On reaching home,manik made nandini sit on sofa nd went in kitchen to keep ice cream tubs in fridge nd once he came back both went to manik's bedroom...

In manik's bedroom:

Nandini was tossing on bed from last half an hour since they came back to their room while manik was jst getting concern... Not able to take more he asked nandini-

Manik:nandini kyaa baat hai.. U r behaving really wierd... Kahi pain hai... U want something...atleast say something..

Nandini:*not looking in his eyes*manik woh actually...i m having...

Manik:*waiting for her to continue*having what nandini... Say it clear na baba..

Nandini:manik i m having that tym of month...

While manik jst frowned not understanding what she actually wanna convey him..

Manik:*irritated*yrr nandini say it clear na i m not understanding anything..

Nandini:manik...i m having my pms...

Manik:* confused *pms???*but soon realisation drown him*ohh u mean u r on ur periods??

Nandini jst looked at manik wid wide eyes bt then again looked down nd nodded meekly...

Manik:ohh thats y u r behaving wierd nd i was thinking whats wrong wid u... Bt since when u r having it??

Nandini:*looking at him*aaj subah se... Issi liye i was getting bored im morning..

Manik:ohhhkkkk bt u should have told me naa nandini... Anyways ice-cream...i mean..

Nandini:haa woh actually whenever i m in that tym of my months i used to crave a lot for sweet things specially ice cream nd chocolates.... I m sry manik,i know meine itni raat ko tumhe... I mean i dont know its jst...

Seeing nandini's state manik kept his finger on her lips to stop her blabbering...

Manik:its ok nandini nd i understand...i mean mukti nd aaliya also behaves wierd when they r pms-ing soo its f9 i completely understand...nd i m glad that u shared wid me... Btt abhi toh ice cream bhi khaya toh ab why r u not sleeping??

Nandini:wohhh...i m having back pain nd cramps...

Manik:oh shit..nandini..y didn't u tell me earlier...also u r injured toh pain jyada hoga... F9 u rest i will get u hot water bag... Rest for a while i'll jst come...

While nandini jst holded his hand nd nodded in noo...

Manik:nandini mein bss water bag leke aaya...i'll b back in few seconds... Ok??

Nandini bobbed her head nd manik went down to fetch hot water bag for her...

After getting hot water back manik came back to his room to see nandini sleeping soundly bt wid frowns on her forehead...

Manik came to her side nd cover her properly wid blanket nd then he also slipped on his side of bed...manik's one hand was under his head while other was clutching hot water bag on nandini's lower abdomen... Manik kissed nandini's crown nd whispered I LOVE YOU  in her ears before slipping in his dreamland while nandini's lips curved in a smile recognising his touch nd voice even in deep sleep...

It was 8:45 in morning bt our love birds were still sleeping as they slept late night courtesy to nandini's wierd pms craving...usually nandini is a early riser bt effects of medicines nd then her pms r jst taking toll on her routine lyf nd in addition manik's extraa care jst add laziness to her...

After half an hour,manik open his eyes only to look at angelic face of nandini.. He tuck her few hair strands behind her ears while she jst snuggled more in his touch which immediately caused a smile on manik's face...manik looked at watch on wall nd then messaged in fab5 grp that he cant come as nandini is to b taken hospital also...

After messaging fab5,manik intercom butler to send his juice nd then once kissing nandini's forehead, he slipped out of bed carefully not to disturb nandini... Butler came nd pass him his juice after which he went in washroom to get ready...

Manik came out after getting ready nd wiping his hairs wid towel...after wiping his hairs he threw his towel on couch nd went to hi wardrobe to get nandini's file... He then keep file on tea-table nd came to nandini to wake her up as it was already 10 nd nandini was having her appointment at 12:00....he sat beside her nd tuck her hair strands while waking her up sweetly...

Manik:nandini...nandini wake up...

Nandini:ummm...manik plzz naa let me sleep dont disturb..

Manik:nandini i know u r tired bt u have to go to the doctor today nd its already 10 nd abhi breakfast bhi baki hai...achaa once coming home u sleep as much u want...nandini wake up na baba...

Bt nandini didnt budged a slight as she was having high effects of medicines...manik again tried to wake her up...

Manik:nandini wake up or else i will carry u to washroom then dont blame me..

While nandini jst opened her eyes wide listening manik nd sat on bed wid jerk causing pain to her...

Nandini:ouch..

Manik:nandini whats wrong yr... Y r u again nd again stressing urself... I cant beleive u r the same most responsible nandini...

Nandini was going to say something bt when she saw watch her eyes jst grew more big..

Nandini:aaiyappa mein itna late tak kaise soo gai... Manik tumne uthaya kyu nai....aaj toh doctor ka appointment bhi hai... *whinned*aaiyappaaa...

Manik:nandini relax... Appointment ko tym hai soo abhi jaake get ready tab tak i'll ask butler to lay breakfast...

Nandini nodded nd got up from bed.. Manik tried helping her bt she strictly denied him nd walked towards washroom on her own...

Nandini reached washroom when manik called her from behind-

Manik:nandini...

Nandini:*turning to him*hmm..

Manik:do u have... I mean do u need sanitary napkins??

Nandini:*grewing her eyes big*u have??

Manik:haan shayad mukti ya aaliya k room mein hoga... I mean they used to keep some of there necessary things her too...

Nandini:*making ohh face*achaa..nahi i have,chachi ne packing k saath bheja tha...

Manik:*nodded*ok then... Tum fresh ho jaao tab tak mein tumhari files nd report arrange kar deta hoon...

Nandini went in washroom while manik went to dressing table nd applied cologne nd wear his watch nd bands nd comb his hair... After getting ready he arranged all necessary files nd reports to b taken to nandini's doctor nd get engaged in his cellphone waiting for nandini...

After getting message from manik of him not coming college fab5 decide not to go today nd soo Mukti came hospital to meet abhi...

Mukti enter abhi's ward to see him reading a magazine..

Mukti:kaise ho??

Abhi:mukti tum yahan..toh college??

Mukti:haan woh nandini ka aaj check-up hai soo manik nahi aa raha toh socha tumse mil loon...

Abhi:ohh...come sit here..

Mukti:*while taking sit beside bed*soo how r u feeling now??

Abhi:totally f9....

Mukti:doctors ne kya Bola??

Abhi:USA mein ek cancer specialist hai nd he studied my case also nd he said there r chances for my survival..

Mukti:toh..u r going??

Abhi:final nahi kiya... U say, u want me to go??

Mukti:i dont know abhi... I want u to get cured bt at same tym i dont want u to go away from me... What iff tum last tym k tarah wapas gayab ho jaaoge toh...cant that doctor come here for ur treatment??

Abhi:woh aa jaaye bt technology toh wahan best hai soo...

Mukti:u want to go toh jaao bt promise me that u will come back to me safe nd sound...

Abhi:i will,dont worry... I have ur love naa toh i have to come...waise howz nandini???

Mukti:hmm manik ne bola she is now able to walk slowly...

Abhi:i want to meet her bt cant face her wid this...

Mukti:abhii...mein soch rahi thi kyu naa mein sabko bata doon...i mean they r my family nd they have right to know whats going onn in my lyf..

Abhi:its ok if u want to tell them bt i was thinking abhi k liye lets not tell them... Ek baar i will b f9 toh hum bata denge...

Mukti:haan waise bhi manik already nandini k accident case ko leke stressed hai nd hamare baare mein bataungi to khamakha tension lega tumhare cancer k wajah se....

Abhi:nandini ka accident case??

Mukti:haan woh actually nandini ka accident planned tha..

And wid this mukti tell abhi all that manik told them...

Abhi:oh godd...police ko inform kiya??

Mukti:dont know...

Abhi:achaa tell me once u get to know...commissioner dad k acha friend hai toh it will b a grt help...

Mukti:mein manik se puchke tumhe bata dungi..

After this talking wid abhi for sometym mukti bid bye to him...

Here nandini came out of washroom fully ready nd went to dressing table to apply kajal nd lipgloss... Then she wear earrings nd made her hair in plates...

Manik seeing her hairs in plates came to her nd open her hair and said-

Manik:*looking intensely in her eyes*have i ever told u that ur this long hairs always fascinates me.... Never tie ur hairs nandini plzz... Hmm??

Nandini shyly nodded..

Manik:*tucking her hair strands brhind her hair*achaa tell me r u ok now or u r still having cramps nd pain??

Nandini:nahi i m f9 bss thoda pain hai btt its normal..

Manik:do u want pain killers??

Nandini:noo manik i said na its jst mild pain...

Manik:ok bt agar pain jyada ho to tell me immediately...okay??

Nandini:okay...ab chale..

Manik:hmm chalo..

Then manik went to bed nd took her files nd reports nd both headed down to have their breakfast..

@dining table:

Manik made her sit on chair nd then sat on his chair besides her...

Nandini:wow manik idli-sambar...

Manik:hmm i dint know iss tym pe tumhe kya acha lage soo issi liye...

Nandini:ty manik... Mujhe subah se idli-sambar nd dosa khana tha...

Manik:u want dosa?? Should i ask butler to make it??

Nandini:nahi idli is f9 waise bhi i dont want to eat jyada..

Manik:f9 as u want bt usse pehle have a glass of milk... I surf on internet nd it was written k its vry good for cramps in periods...

Nandini:manik dudh nahi naa plzz...

Manik:nandini i m letting u have ur favourite breakfast naa then u also have to listen me... Chalo jaldi jaldi have it then we have to go to doctor also...

Nandini having no other option have half glass of milk nd convinced manik to not have other half.. After milk she had idli-sambar while manik had his omlet nd parathas...

After breakfast both got up to leave for hospital nd manik grab an apple from fruit basket...

In manik's car:

Manik made nandini sit on passenger sit nd tie her seat-belt after which he came to his driving seat nd tying his seat-belt he turned towards nandini nd handed her apple nd said-

Manik:sirf adha glass dudh piya hai to ab keep munching this apple nd i dont want any arguments..

Nandini made bad face bt manik's one glare nd she started munching it silently while manik smiled at her cuteness nd then hit the road...

While driving manik got a call from same man who informed him abt harshad nd soha bt since nandini was wid him, he cut the call..

Nandini:kon tha??

Manik:nothing u dont wanna know...

Nandini not to intrude his privacy didnt budge him more...

As no one was going college dhruliya decided to spend their tym..

They were watching one of romantic movie while sitting on sofa cuddling each other when dhruv asked out of blue..

Dhruv:aaliya y r u not ready to share news of us being together to our friends... R u not still over to manik??

Aaliya:dhruv how can u think of it lyk this.. Off course i m over to manik or else i woudnt have been wid u...

Dhruv:then y dont u wanna tell them...

Aaliya:dhruv meine uss din farmhouse pe bola tha nd again i m saying that i dont want every1 to jst intrude our privacy as they used to do when i was wid manik....

Dhruv:r u sure this is the only reason aaliya..

Aaliya:off course bt wait a second what u wanna say... Dhruv r u doubting me... R u thinking that i m double dating??

Dhruv:noo its not that... Acha leave it lets continue on our movie...

After this they both continued watching movie bt still were engrossed in their doubts nd thoughts...

Sid:yss sir information pakki hai...

Manik:f9 ty aur kuch??

Sid:sir aapne aryaman khurana k bare mein bola tha...

Sid:sir woh soha khurana ka bhai hai..

Manik:hmm thik hai..

Sid:sir bss ab uss teesre aadmi ko dhund rahe hai.. Jaise hi kuch pata chale i'll inform u...

Manik:*After hanging call self-thought *whats happening... Behen accident karvati hai aur bhai bachata hai... I have to find out quickly...

After somtym manik came back to nandini to see her talking wid some1 on call...after few minutes she hanged the call...

Manik:whom were you talking ??

Nandini:chachi thi..puch rahe the should she come.. Bt meine mana kar diya..

Manik:hmm...

Meanwhile receptionist call them as it was now their turn to go...

In doctor's cabin:

Manan came nd sit on chairs opposite to doctor....manan passed smile to doctor nd vice-a-versa after which manik gave nandini's file....after going through file doctor said-

Doctor:soo nandini,how r u feeling now??

Nandini:i m gud doctor...

Doctor:have u started walking by your own??

Nandini:haan i mean i can walk slowly...

Doctor:thats grt...*turning towards manik*she had recovered very quickly...let her walk by her own as much she needed *then to nandini*btt yss dont stress urself.....walk only if u feel ok... If u feel tired dont strain ur body or it will affect adversely *nandini nodded*f9 then r u ok wid medicines or u want me to change it?

Nandini:yss plzz change it... They r really making me feel tired nd lazy....

Doctor:issi liye i asked... Starting mein i gave u that medicines so that u can take rest more bt now as u have recovered nicely i will give u less powered medicines also i m reducing ur dose...now plzz lay down on that bed soo that i can remove ur back-belt..

Nandini did as said nd then doctor removed her belt nd also gave new prescription of medicines nd asked her to contact if she feel required...

Manan after talking to doctor left for medical shop to take medicines...

@medical shop:

Manik was buying medicine while nandini was sitting on bench there when a boy came nd gave a chit to nandini nd before she can ask anything boy ran nd vanished..

Nandini with frowns open the chit only to b stiffened...

MANIK IS MINE. STAY AWAY FROM HIM OR U WILL LOSE HIM FOREVER. ..

nandini read the note nd got scared while manik came to her with medicines nd panicked seeing her scared face-

Manik:nandini what happen??

Nandini looked at manik nd then forwarded the chit to him... Manik read it nd jst gritted his teeth-

Manik:*with red eyes*SOHAAA...

Bt seeing nandini's scared face manik composed himself nd sat beside her...

Manik:*keeping hand on her shoulder*nandinii...

Nandini:*jst hugged him nd cried*manikkk she will... She will harm u also...tum naa tum u stay away from me manik...she will harm u...

Manik:nandini calm down... Kuch nahi hoga mujhe...see i m here only.... Relax...

Nandini:nahi she she will harm u manik... Usne mujhe bhi marne ki koshish ki thi aur woh tumhe bhi... Tumne padhana she said i will lose u... Nahi manik plzz tum mujhe chachi k ghar drop kar do...

Nandini was already scared nd her periods were jst making hard for her to control her emotions while for manik,he was jst getting more nd more angry seeing nandini in such state... He thought to immediately handle the case...

Manik:nandini...listen to me... Nothing will happen... U trust me??

While listening to trust, nandini calmed a bit nd nodded her head in yss..

Manik:gud then leave it on me.. Mujhe Pata hai what has to b done... Tum tension mat lo nothing will go wrong this tym...bt abhi k liye lets go home... See every1 is watching us...

Thats when realisation drawn her that they r still in hospital nd every1 around r giving them a wierd look.... As nandini was tired of all chaos manik picked her up nd head towards the car... Manik made her sit on her sit nd then coming on his sit he drove towards malhotra mansion..

Manik parked car to see nandini already fallen asleep due to sudden chaos nd stress along wid her periods... He carry her to their room nd tucked her in bed covering her properly nd move aside to inform cabir abt all happening bt not before giving forehead kiss to her...

Manik came out of his room nd called cabir nd inform him all that happened in hospital nd also said that they need to take immediate steps..he also informed abt information he got from his man abt nyonika nd aryaman...

After hanging call, he came in room nd sat beside her nd start caressing her face which were covered with frowns on her forehead....

Manik:i pormise i will never let anything happen to OUR FOREVER... nandini promise...
