He decided to rest for only a few hours. At around three in the afternoon, he’s back to working. Otherwise, he might not be able to find the woman today. It was relatively easy, actually. That utility bill has an address on it, so he tracked that down. The reality in their station is that they’re all busy. Everyone is handling cases that have piled up. There are not enough people. They’re not exactly very free, despite being such during patrols. They make time for it, but inside their heads, they’re already planning how to tackle all the paper works back at the station.
