Nova’s P.O.V
I had not seen much of Brandon in the last couple of days. He has been spending his times with lawyers trying to make sure everything was in place for his divorce going through. She was not making it easy for him even more so since He and I became somewhat official. Except for all that stress, the last few week’s things have been going well between us since our time away together. We had become very close. I was falling hard for him with every passing day. I had been on holiday from work as well the last couple of days so that is another reason I haven’t seen him.
He was due here any minute now though. I told him to come over and I would make us dinner. We can just have a relaxing night. He needs it. And just with those thoughts, I heard my front door open.
