Madeline’s POV
“NOOO!! PLEASE NOOO!!”
An ear piercing scream echos through the quiet house. My eyes shoot open at the sound.
I sit up quickly and look to Sebastian who has already jumped out of bed.
“What’s going on?” I ask in a complete panic, slipping on my pyjamas and following Seb out into the corridor.
“NOOOO!! IT HURTS! PLEASE!!”
I look to Sebastian in horror when I recognise the voice.
“It’s Emma… EMMA!!” I call out in a panic as I run down the hallway to her room.
On the way, several people exit their rooms, all of them watching what’s going on in confusion.
I hear Sebastian in the background calling out for Dan and Aiden but I don’t stop.
I keep moving forward, my eyes focused completely on her bedroom door.
