Nikolai indeed got ready for the auction after he ate. He was doing his tie when he noticed a gold necktie brooch on the side table beside his watch.
He grabbed it and looked at it. It was a gold lion head necktie brooch, with a ruby in its mouth. He remembers seeing his father wearing the same brooch when he was young, and now he knows what the brooch means.
He attached the brooch to the knot of his tie and then he wore his black velvet suit jacket. He was looking at himself in the mirror when Trevor came in.
“Good, you’re ready. The vehicles are ready and the guys are waiting for you.” Trevor told him.
Nikolai wore his watch and then he looked at his reflection on the mirror once again before he went out of his room. Trevor followed him and they both went down the staircase,
