Nikolai stretched his limbs as he finished reviewing and signing the last folder on his desk. Then he slammed that last folder on his desk as he finally finished his work.
“I’m done!” He announced cheerfully, grinning from ear to ear.
And then he looked at Trevor and Electra, but then his grin dropped and he frowned when he saw that the two were talking too close to each other. Trevor was showing something on his tablet and he was seating next to Electra. They are having a conversation that they are both so immersed in that they didn’t hear Nikolai.
Nikolai scowled and stood up from his chair and walked towards the two busy people in his office. And being petty and childish that he is at that moment, he squeezed himself and sat between Trevor and Electra.
