CHRISTIAAN WALKED THROUGH THE front door without knocking or even thinking of knocking with Meg and Anthony behind him trying to calm him down.
“Amelia! AMELIA!” Christiaan shouted.
“Shhtt! I just put Angelica down for a nap. What are you doing screaming in my house?” She came around the corner down a passage looking furious.
“Why didn’t you tell me about our baby?” Christiaan tried to keep his voice down, but it was difficult.
“Because you were still recovering. You could hardly remember me, and you, your parents, and the doctor felt I would pressure you into remembering… Remember?” She put her hands on her hips staring at his mother.
“That’s bull! You know, I would have wanted to know if I have a child.” Christiaan hissed.
