The Alpha King left the palace shortly after he asked me to deliver some kind of file for him. I was sure that he was going to beat me because I had talked about the love that I still have for the man in the photo. He was angry. Well, it's understandable. I shouldn’t have said all of that when I knew that he had lost his mate recently, but what he ordered me to do was impossible. I can’t just forget about someone I love. I can never forget him, ever.
I was finally eating some lunch in the kitchen even though I was in a hurry. According to the prescription that Dr. Dean prescribed me, I needed to take them with food. I finished my meal in less than ten minutes and quickly got up from the floor. It was a great feeling when your stomach was full.
