"Are you excited?" Alaina said with a smile as she placed her hands on my shoulder. I glanced at myself in the mirror, taken aback by the beauty of the sparkly dark blue dress. I moved aside so you could fully see Alaina in the reflection. She was dressed in a bright purple gown, one that shaped her perfectly, one none to girly but made her look gorgeous all the same. "You're going to graduate," I said in disbelief, squeezing her tightly. Time had flown so fast that I could hardly believe that I was standing beside my roommate of three years. I would be going into senior year, and she would be off to start her life as a writer. "I hope my new roommate isn't as annoying as you," I said with a huge grin.
