While racing to the precinct to meet Gia, Selene and Ford spoke of their plan of action in regards to Nico. Selene spoke of the possibility that he was angry at his brother being in prison and was possibly making plans to bail him out or break him out. Ford on the other hand was certain that it was nothing good as Nico had just left the mafia-something you only do with your own death.
“Sel!” Gia exclaimed upon seeing Selene emerge with Ford. They embraced each other as Selene found the state of her best friend to break her heart. Mascara had been running down her face and her usually perfectly placed eyeliner had been smeared far past her eyes. It appeared as if she had been sobbing for hours as her eyes were incredibly puffy and tears were still present on her cheeks.
