Pandora’s POV.
“Give them a chance to get the children and elderly to safety.” I call out over the field as we edge closer to the barrier.
The sounds of screams and the smell of fear is ripe in the air. Nemesis groans at the intoxicating scent.
We surround the barrier. We watch as the warriors in the pack scramble. They look terrified. Good, they should fear us. They have chosen to turn a blind eye to what their alpha has been doing. All the innocent omegas and humans lost because of greed.
“PANDORA!” I turn my head and see alpha Fredrick push through his warriors. I float down to the ground, landing softly.
“Alpha. So good to see you again.” I say as my mates walk up beside me with Nathaniel and Lilith.
“Son, you’re alive.” Alpha Fredrick looks shocked, and I see elation pass over
