The next day went super slow. You that always happens when you have something planned you are really looking forward to, time just stops. I have no idea how many times I cursed at the clock on the wall in the office today. I knew Gary had heard me a few times as he could be heard chuckling from his private office.
The morning was dreadful, nothing but phone call chasing up clients for paperwork that was needed to finish their accounts. Lunch was uneventful as both Alesha and Zoe were unable to meet me for lunch. I needed to have some girly chat before Noah arrived at my place later on.
The afternoon wasn’t as bad, as Gary had kindly said I could finish a few hours early since I had caught up on this weeks outstanding accounts and had got a start on next weeks work. I was so thankful for
