Chapter 29: Weird Dreams Turned into Sketches

Lucifer didn't sleep.  He had laid next to Jayce for about three hours, keeping the dancer close to him and soothing Jayce when a bad dream became evident in the way he'd begin flinching in his sleep.  For those three hours, Lucifer contemplated many things—the top of which was the guilt gnawing at his inside, the longer he pretended to be Choi Seuljin with Jayce.  If Lucifer hadn't caved to his emotions and asked Jayce Terrell to be his boyfriend, maybe Lucifer wouldn't feel this way.  He also thought about how Atlas would handle Jayce's father, George Terrell.
