Whenever Lucifer saw people's depictions of Hell, many humans seemed to forget that Hell had a King. Therefore, it existed as a kingdom—and a kingdom could not function or last on pain and suffering alone. A kingdom needed order. Before Lucifer had been cast out of Heaven, Hell was exactly what it was made out to be—filled with despair, chaos at every turn, endless suffering for the poor souls that ended up there. But after Lucifer had accepted his fate, Hell had transformed into something more manageable, a place with a system and set locations for each and every function.
