Tessa was always the black sheep of the family. She was a straight A student all through High School, she was valedictorian when her class graduated and she had paid for her own driver’s license, but her parents still didn’t care about her. From an early age, Tessa noticed that her parents scolded her for things her brothers did. If her oldest brother, Dean got an F on a test Tessa was scolded. If Tessa got an A on a test, her parents pretended not to hear her. Both her brothers were in college, and she was waiting for admission in Harvard, Yale and Oxford.
