I stare at his beautiful cocky smile and I can not help giving him back a smile of my own. It makes me happy to see my Liam back again. I want to know why he is looking at me.
“Can I not stare at my girl for a little while?"
“Oh, you can stare as much as you like as long as that smile is on your face. But I have to know, for how long were you staying at me?"
He then looks down at the ground and I can see the hesitation that he has in his eyes to tell me how long he has been staring. Maybe he is feeling a little bit embarrassed but I am not giving him an out for this one. I wait patiently for him to answer me.
“Uhm...not too long"
I lift an eyebrow, being skeptical of his answer. But I do not push him for the truth and I just let him go.
