Skylar’s P.O.V
“Hey, beautiful wake-up.” I hear someone whisper in my ear, “We need to get ready for work.” The voice added.
I knew it was Logan, who else would be in my apartment at this time? I slowly opened my eyes, getting met with Logan standing next to the bed, smiling at me. I tiredly smiled back at him. I had a great sleep last night; we fell asleep without having s*x after our talk. I was still not sure if all of what he said was true, but I am willing to find out.
“What time is it?” I asked, sitting up.
“A quarter to seven. I have breakfast and coffee waiting, been awake for an hour.” He laughed.
“Why?” I laughed.
“Dunno but come on get a move on, we have a lot of work to do.” He said, reaching his hand out for me.
