We woke up early the next morning and skipped training so we could finish all the last-minute arrangements for the Alpha meeting.
I went around and checked all the guest rooms to make sure they were ready. I also went to check on the kitchen staff to ensure they had everything they required for the dinner menu.
I brought the discussion sheets that Drake prepared and placed them in front of all the chairs in the conference room.
I really wasn’t looking forward to this meeting. It’s just going to be a room full of hot-headed, arrogant men who think they are better than everyone else. There’s usually a lot of head-butting amongst themselves in these kind of meetings.
