"Is homosexuality a sin?" Iyon ang isang tweet na umagaw ng atensyon ko habang nag-iiscroll ako sa twitter. Hindi ko mapigilan ang sarili ko na replyan iyon. davinceharris : According to the bible, as most of them says, yes.. It is a sin. Tho I have never actually read the bible so I won't use it to answer this question because I have my own perspective in this matter. I won't consider homosexuality a sin but, I would call it unnatural and it disgusts me. This is only a man made gender that should not have existed in the first place. Nagbasa basa lang ako nang mga replies sa tweet and most of them ay sinasabing hindi ito kasalanan dahil lahat naman daw ay entitled sa sarili nilang desisyon sa buhay. All of them got a point pero halos pare-parehas lang sila ng sinasabi but someone with a username na 'Xierranoah' caught my attention. Xierranoah : I won't consider it a sin. Pinanganak tayong walang choice pumili ng kasarian natin and I think the reason why we live in this world is to explore, decide and find our happiness. If being gay will make a person happy, ipagdadamot pa ba natin sa kapwa natin yun? Straight people will never know how isolating, stressful and lonely for someone in LGBT community to received criticisms just because they choose to be different. It is not necessary for us to feel what they feel, but we should atleast understand the struggles they are facing everyday. Do you think it's time for us to be more open and understanding? Life is too short, choose to be good.' Napatigil ako sa sinabi niya. I clicked her profile and stalked her. Walang masyadong tweets, no photos, nothing special but still, hindi ko alam kung bakit pinindot ko ang follow button. I just find her interesting. Pipikit na sana ako nung maramdaman kong nag-vibrate ang phone ko. I didn't expect na I'll receive a follow back this fast from 'Xierranoah'. Mas nagulat ako nung nag-message siya. Xierranoah: Hi Davince, thanks for the follow nga pala. I saw your tweet regarding homosexuality. Nagulat ako na finollow mo ako. Wanna talk about it ba? Kokontrahin mo ba sinabi ko? Hehe Napakunot ang noo ko. Hindi naman iyon ang intensyon ko. Davince : No. I just followed you but I won't argue with you. I totally respect your opinion. Xierranoah: Haha. Ah sorry :) Pero why do homosexuality disgusts you? Davince : Idk. I just don't like them. Xierranoah : Haha. Dahil ba sa past experience yan? Mas lalong napakunot ang noo ko. Mukhang kakalkalin pa ang past ko pero since she's a stranger naman, siguro pwede ako mag-share sa kanya. It's been two weeks na din kasi simula nung maramdaman ko ang pagkainis ko sa mga taong parte ng LGBT community. This is because of someone. Davince : Yes. Xierranoah : Care to share? I didn't expect that this person with a username, xierranoah, will be a big part of my life.
