Chapter 69
We got the pontoon loaded pretty quick and we're back at the rental in 50 minutes. I see Jade in the living room with everyone and she seems to be relaxed right now. I sit down next to her and look her straight in her eyes and she smiles back at me. That is a really good sign, I am glad my sister is feeling better. I was really worried about her when I left, and I know I was being a drill Sergeant yelling out orders, but I want us to leave quickly and smoothly tomorrow, before Eric and Kyle, Ashley, or even Asher can try to stop us. Getting Jade to where she is safe, and most importantly feels safe, is my biggest priority right now.
We throw away all the extra food after Jade and Nicole make us all sandwiches for the road. We drain the coolers and then Tate and Travi
