Once we finished up at the salons, Nikki drove us to a local restaurant where we went inside to eat. It was a steakhouse that offered all sorts of options for lunch that included salads, chicken, burgers, and so much more. We were seated quickly and made our orders quickly. Once our server was gone, Nikki turned to me with a smile. “Well, that was an eventful shopping spree.”
I sigh and nod my head slowly. “Yeah, it was… I’m just glad I was able to find two dresses for these two events, I guess.”
I see Nikki smile and nod her head as she purses her lips. “Mh, that reminds me, we need to get you a cell phone. That way you have the ability to communicate with all of us, you know, since you can’t mind link with us.”
I smile and nod my head. The server brings out a basket of fresh rolls
