Serena was worn out to the bone worrying over Anabelle who was still sleeping the next morning. Her father ducked his head in as a woman came sailing in, startling her.
"She's a doctor" he murmured as Serena nodded tightly "I'm getting her to check that Anabelle is alright just to ease our minds."
Serena watched the woman check vitals, listen to Anabelle's heart and turn to her father with a small smile "the child is fine, just sleeping. I imagine due to the magic she used, she's simply resting to regain her strength. I'll check on her again tomorrow if she's still sleeping but for now there's nothing to worry about."
