Chapter Seventeen
Expectations of what a family even is.
Nvae was nothing but filled with nerves.
From the second that she had heard that her family was found, she wanted nothing more than to escape from the window and see them in person. However, it seemed like she needed to gather her thoughts before she even could. Since Adam was still in another pack due to the person that he needed to heal, Nvae was force to wait another day in order to visit her own parents.
Frankly, she was freaking out.
It was four in the mourning and the air was nothing but cold. Her skin was coated with the hoodie that she had been stealing from Jax while her mind grew nothing but far and wide. She wasn’t sure how they look, how they sounded but her nerves were already getting haywire.
